Independent authorization
Connect each account through Amazon. Different accounts do not have to be bound together.
Amazon Custom order integration
Connect Amazon Custom orders to XERP with buyer photos, text and style choices intact. Once the product scheme is ready, continue with artwork, review and production without moving information between spreadsheets and folders.
More than an order number
A seller account (SPID) can include several marketplaces. Filter orders by their actual account, marketplace and product scope.
Connect each account through Amazon. Different accounts do not have to be bound together.
View orders from different accounts and marketplaces in one workspace without losing their source.
Inspect the photos, text, choices and customization materials rather than guessing from a product snapshot.
Two ways to bring in orders
Choose the source that fits your workflow, then check material completeness and product configuration.
After seller authorization, synchronize orders with account and marketplace attribution retained.
Prepare the required order data using the current template and inspect the import result.
After intake
Order synchronization does not configure the product or approve its production files.
Confirm the buyer photos, text, style and customization materials.
Set dimensions, layout, slots and buyer-choice mappings. Confirm the published version.
Compare the artwork with the order. Resolve incomplete data or configuration before production.
Prepare files and use the shipping workspace for batches, labels and tracking.
Before you connect
Expired authorization or unavailable APIs can interrupt sync. Missing photos cannot be invented. Without a matching product scheme, an order is not ready for automated artwork.
