Artwork review and production confirmation
Use the order snapshot to understand the buyer’s request and the generated artwork to inspect details. Check photos, names, messages and styles before production.
Check the photo source, subject completeness, crop and position. Read names, dates and messages against the original order; inspect fonts, wrapping and alignment. Confirm the base artwork, decorations and layout match the selected style. AI-treated images need the same checks.
The workbench shows previews. Production uses files generated at the product dimensions, not a browser screenshot.
Resolve the problem during review
Generated artwork is a starting point for review. Choose the smallest repair scope that resolves the problem, then inspect the new result before production.
Local replacement
Use natural-language instructions for selected positions. Choose original buyer material or the current region; the latter can include text and decoration. Check the repaired region against the rest of the artwork.
Complete rebuild
Select complete rebuild and set the relevant photo treatments and custom instructions. The product scheme still controls composition; this is not a claim that one prompt can redesign any product. Recheck all photos, text and layout.
Manual correction
For an order marked for rework, upload a manually corrected PNG to replace the production artwork. The confirmation replaces the file and marks the order approved, so inspect the file before confirming.

Newly generated AI artwork still needs review. Inspect subjects, edges, text and the full composition; do not equate task submission with a usable result.
