Terms of service
These terms apply to visiting the portal, requesting demonstrations and creating or using UION-XERP accounts and related services.
XERP provides order intake, product schemes, production confirmation, artwork review, shipping collaboration and related operations support for Amazon sellers and teams. Features, service scope, support, delivery and fees are governed by the confirmed order, quotation, service agreement or written arrangement. Portal content introduces the product and is not an automatic promise of specific results or timing.
Provide accurate organization and contact information, safeguard credentials and allow only authorized people to use the service. You must have the right to authorize a seller account and process its data, and comply with applicable Amazon terms, policies and seller obligations.
SP-API use is based on seller authorization and limited to approved roles, application configuration and authorized scope. You must not require access, retention, disclosure or use contrary to Amazon policies or applicable law. Personal and seller data are handled under our privacy policy. Data you provide must have a lawful source and any required notice, consent or other legal basis.

We may update, limit or suspend functionality for maintenance, security, compliance or improvement. Security risks or breaches of these terms, Amazon rules or law may require restriction or termination. Data handling and export after termination follow the agreement, law and actual service capability.
Amazon, networks, infrastructure, logistics and other third-party systems may affect availability, latency and results. Except for liability that cannot legally be excluded, liability follows separate written agreement. You remain responsible for necessary human checks of orders, production, delivery and buyer-facing decisions.
